Recently, we got the official renders of the Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, and the S21 Ultra that were shared by WinFuture, and well now, the website has shared the full specifications of the S21 Ultra as well as the renders in all colors. On the other hand, the Galaxy S21+ with model number SM-G996U has also received FCC certification (as spotted by Gadgetsay). The FCC listing reveals that it will power by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Chipset.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra - Leaks
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra (as per the leak) will feature a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Unlike the Galaxy S20 Ultra, however, the S21 Ultra panel will support variable refresh rates between 1 and 120Hz to save battery life. It is also reported to have a peak brightness of 1,600 nits. The S21 Ultra will also have S Pen support. There will be a quad-camera setup on the back panel for photography experience which will include a new 108MP (HM3) primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization, 0.8-micron pixels, and f/1.8 aperture, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom. For selfies, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will offer a 40MP sensor on the front. Under the hood, it will have a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
Like always, the chipset depends on the market. In the U.S., the phone will come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. In most other markets, the phone is coming with Samsung's Exynos 2100 chipset. The flagship Exynos 2100 SoC is confirmed to launch on January 12. Like the Snapdragon 888, the Exynos 2100 will have an integrated 5G modem. Some of the other specifications revealed by the latest leak include an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, and IP68 water resistance.
