Nokia X20 with SDM 480 5G receives certification through Geekbench


Nokia is working towards the launch of three new smartphones that include: Nokia G10, Nokia X10, and the Nokia X20. The company has already scheduled an event on April 8 at 8:30 pm IST (3 pm GMT), where it is expected to announce these three handsets. In the past few days, several leaks have revealed the details of these devices, thanks to the benchmark listing and certifications. Now, in a latest development, the Nokia X20 smartphone has appeared in the Geekbench database. The Geekbench listing confirms some hardware specs the Nokia X20 will offer.

The Nokia X20 runs Android 11, and the motherboard section in the listing says it has SM4350 under the hood, which we know is the Snapdragon 480 5G SoC. The chipset is paired with 6GB RAM, although there could be other memory options as well that are yet to be confirmed.

The device will ship with 6GB of RAM on board, and will run Android 11 out of the box. The Nokia X20 is expected to come with 128GB of internal storage. The phone could launch in the Blue and Sand colour options. The other details of this device such as display size, camera configuration, design aspect, and battery capacity aren’t known at the moment.

Geekbench doesn't include any other specs of the X20, but it's rumored to cost around €350 ( QAR 1,520 Approx ) . More information about the X20 should surface in the coming days, telling us what to expect from the 5G smartphone.

LG gave us the first glimpse at its upcoming rollable phone back in January, and it seems the phone is one step closer to reality with a new certification that suggests the device will be ready for market in the near future. The LG Rollable has been spotted receiving its Bluetooth SIG certification, which is usually a step a smartphone goes through when it's close to being launched.

The LG Rollable has received Bluetooth SIG certification. While the certification doesn’t reveal any specifications of the upcoming device, it does highlight the phone’s model number — LM-R910N — and product name — LG Rollable. Moreover, the certification mentions that the device is an “End Product”. This leads us to believe that the device is all set to launch in the coming months.
