Redmi today announced the global launch of Redmi Note 11 series on January 26th. This will be different from the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+ that were introduced in China last year. Redmi launched three 5G Redmi Note 11 devices in China, including Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro and the Redmi Note 11 Pro+. Thus the global lineup is expected to follow suit.

The company just says ‘Rise To The Challenge’ and the launch page shows Rise to the ultra-clear challenge for camera, Rise to the super-smooth challenge for display and rise to the hyper-speed challenge for charging, so we can expect upgrades to the Redmi Note 10 series.

Yesterday, the company confirmed that it has sold over 240 million Redmi Note Series phone worldwide.

We have already seen in Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G in IMEI database listing, and the FCC certification for the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G (2201116SG) even  revealed 6GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 128GB models. The phone is also said to pack 4,700mAh battery with 67W fast charging.

The Redmi Note 11 series global launch event will start at 2PM CEST (3PM Qatar Local Time) on Wednesday, January 26th. It will be live-streamed on the company’s social media handles and on their official YouTube channel.

In terms of specifications, Redmi Note 11 is expected to get a 6.6-inch LCD display with a refresh rate of 90Hz, MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, a 50MP dual rear camera system, a 16MP front camera and more.

Redmi Note 11 Pro might sport a 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, a 108MP triple rear camera setup, a 16MP front shooter. It is expected to run on Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 skin and could pack a 5,160mAh battery with 67W charging support. On the other hand, Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is likely to come with a 4,500mAh battery with a 120W charging facility. The rest of the features will be the same as that of the pro model.
