Samsung’s next-generation foldable smartphones are expected to get launched in the coming months and ahead of the official announcement, both the upcoming devices, Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4, have leaked multiple times.
Now, in the latest development, renders of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 have surfaced online, giving us a better idea about the phone’s design. In terms of design, the phone is similar to its predecessor, without any major visible changes.
The clamshell foldable smartphone has a two-tone front with a small display and two camera sensors along with an LED flash. There’s also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor along with a power button and volume rocker keys.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 will reportedly measure in at 165.1 x 71.9 x 7.2mm. This means that it’s slightly smaller and slightly thicker than the Galaxy Z Flip 3. The increased thickness could be due to the higher capacity battery.
Under the hood, the device is expected to come powered by the yet unannounced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus processor, but the company could also end up using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.
In a recent report, analyst Ross Young revealed that the device will be made available in four new color options – Gold, Gray, Light Blue, and Light Violet. He also adds that the smartphone will have some customization options for colors similar to its predecessor.
